What We Do
Education & Upskilling
We design and deliver training, mentoring, and education programmes that build practical skills, confidence, and real-world readiness.
Scholarships & Bursaries
We provide funding to remove barriers to further education and specialist training, helping individuals with the potential to thrive in manufacturing.
Community Engagement
We work with schools, colleges, and local organisations to raise awareness of manufacturing careers and inspire the next generation of engineers, technicians, and leaders.
Industry Collaboration
We partner with manufacturers and regional networks to create joint initiatives that develop skills, attract new talent, and strengthen the UK’s manufacturing workforce.
